The spacious living area features a unique gas fireplace, mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, and huge windows allowing for great light and beautiful aspen and river views. The cozy furniture offers plenty of seating and the sofa pulls out into a twin-sized bed. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. The luxury full-sized kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The expandable dining table comfortably seats six or guests can cozy up to the breakfast bar. The private balcony is just off the kitchen and dining area and offers beautiful views and sounds of the Blue River as well as outdoor seating. The spacious master suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, mounted smart TV, a walk-in closet and modern furnishings. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity with quartz countertops and a walk-in shower with a bench. The guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed and a twin bunk above. The guest bathroom features a quartz countertop vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
