Built in 1912, it is the original family home of Charles P Breen. Breen was a Master Stone Mason for Park College and you'll see his work in many of the stone retaining walls throughout Parkville!+Location- 5 minute walk to Downtown Parkville- 15 minute drive to Downtown Kansas City- 15 minute drive to Kansas City International Airport- 20 minute drive to Union Station+ Sleep & BathThere are 4 bedrooms - 3 with queen beds, 1 with a king bed, and a fold out sofa in the living room.
