Pinewood Family Retreat House with Game Room and Pool Table Welcome to Pinewood Family Retreat House! Boosting an open floor plan, screened porch and game room with pool table; this is a great place to bring family and friends to enjoy and explore the beautiful San Luis Valley. Enter into the house through the screened porch room, here you will find rocking chairs and space to sit and enjoy the mountain air. The house features a spacious and open living, dining and kitchen area which is excellent for groups with plenty of seating and a TV, books and games for entertainment. The adjoining kitchen is very spacious with a bar for entertaining loved ones and friends. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking loaded with cookware and bakeware, basic spices, oils and more. Coffee and tea and the basics are all included with your stay. Enjoy outdoor dining on the back patio adjoining the kitchen and soak up the views and mountain air!The master bedroom is spacious with a cozy king bed, small workspace and adjoining bathroom. Two queen sized bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house each featuring a closet and side table and cozy mattress. The bathroom for these rooms is in the same hallway as the bedrooms. Both of the bathrooms are spacious and have a bathtub/shower combo.The detached two car garage has been converted into a game room; featuring a pool table, dart board, Enjoy Karaoke on the big screen movie projector, ladder golf, giant Jenga and Dice and corn hole! It's a great space to enjoy games with family and friends. The windows have large fans for ventilation and the garage doors are screened so you can open them for fresh air and views! We also have a small AC Unit in case it gets warm during the summer.Sleeping ArrangementsOne King Bedroom ~ Two Queen Bedrooms ~ Queen Air MattressCrestone is home to over 28 spiritual centers, offering in sight and teachings to many different world religions. Creekside nature trails, starry nights at Sand Dunes National Park, and nature photography out the back door makes this an excellent place to expand our connect to nature and explore spirituality.Enjoy great tasting mountain water and explore the beautiful San Luis Valley expansive mountain views, Sand Dunes National Park, elegant Sand Hill Cranes, dark night skies for star gazing and be on the look for UFOS, many stories of sightings have been heard around Crestone! There are many local hiking trails nearby the house, some folks suggest the North Crestone Trailhead, Willow Lake is a great day hike, and the Creekside trails along the greenbelts in the Baca Grande Subdivision are spectacular and lush. The Challenger Views on Ridgecrest is a great place for outdoor enthusiasts and folks looking for a peaceful mountain getaway.Crestone Colorado is in the middle of the San Luis Valley. There is very limited public transportation in the area.
