Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this Carriage House is perfect for vacation, remote work or retreat. 650 square feet features fully equipped kitchen with new mini-frig, farm sink and stove, living/dining area, master bedroom with king size memory foam mattress and a beautiful view of the San Luis Valley, oversize bath with soaking tub and standalone shower with raindrop shower head, and utility room with washer/dryer/deep freezer. Decorated throughout with fine art and oriental or tribal rugs. Strong and dependable WiFI. Just 6 minutes to the Town of Crestone and 1 hour to fine dining in Salida. Easy access to hiking, climbing, horseback riding, and numerous hot springs. 9-hole golf course just a few minutes outside the Town of Crestone. Children permitted depending on age as Crestone is located in a remote and rural mountain area. Wildlife abounds. Dogs more than 2 years old permitted ONLY on a case-by-case basis and with PRIOR Host permission. Must be house trained; potty pads prohibited. Extra fee applies. NO EXCEPTIONS.
