Floor to ceiling windows, wood lined walls, open, fully stocked kitchen, huge deck w/ hot tub, fire pit and bbq, grass yard for games, lots of parking and more! Master bedroom sits downstairs with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Upstairs you’ll find 2 large bedrooms one with a queen sized bed and the other with a queen as well and daybed and trundle. There is a second living room/loft area as well with sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find another half bathroom, large living room with French doors leading to the expansive deck, dining area off of the kitchen and separate laundry room. This home really has it all. Lake Almanor West Community: The Lake Almanor West Community has so much to offer. Walk down to the lake via the boat launch area or through the community recreation center. The rec area has a large playground for the kids, bocce ball courts, a volleyball & basketball court, picnic tables and bbq's, beach area with roped off swimming area, places to kayak and paddle board, large grass area for yard games and more!Potential Pets: Pets are subject to approval & require a non-refundable $300 pet fee. No pets on furniture. No pets upstairs. Take pet with you or crate them when you leave. Clean up poop. Do not leave pet outside. If your pet swims, wipe off completely. Thank you for understanding. *Ring Doorbell on property. *There is no A/C in the home which is common for the Almanor area. House could get hot in the evenings. We have fans on hand for you to use. *pellet stove in living room not for guest use.
