Waterfront new home 5 mins to the beach! Amazing new construction home just waiting for visitors! Located on quiet dead-end lane, with stunning water views and privacy galore. Located just a short drive to Popham Beach and fort, and many other area beaches. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a soaring two-story kitchen/dining/living room - all with magnificent water views. New sectional couch and propane gas fireplace for cozy evenings in. Bar area with drinks fridge and loads of wine and cocktail glassware. Kitchen is fully stocked with new Samsung appliances including a dishwasher, as well as a coffeemaker, toaster oven/air fryer, blender and dishes for 12. Kitchen also includes basics like oil, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, spices, etc.Two master suites with their own full private baths, king beds, and home office desk area. One master suite on the first floor and the other on the second floor. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the second level. The third bedroom offers a queen bed. The fourth bedroom offers two twin xl beds that can be converted to a king bed at your request. All new furniture throughout the home. New rockers on the front porch, a perfect spot for afternoon cocktails (and the overhead fans keep the bugs away!) Large screen porch overlooking the water with a new outdoor sectional couch and dining table with gas firepit. If you prefer to be around a campfire the home also offers a stone firepit with Adirondack chairs and hanging Edison lights. Plenty of firewood included! Kids will find the property magical, with loads of woods to explore, outdoor swings, and games/toys/books/puzzles inside to use.New 6-7 person hot tub being installed early May. So much to do both a the property and in the area, you will want to come back for repeat visits!
