Happy Ours! 3BR 1.5 Bath Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay ! The 3 bedroom home is conveniently located in Phippsburg, ME, A perfect home base for sight seeing ! Sebasco Harbor Resort is about 10 minutes away ~ Just 8 miles away from the famous Popham Beach, Hermit Island, and Head Beach, and only 6 miles away from Totman's Cove, 40 minutes to Boothbay~ Close to Bath, Wiscasset & the Brunswick/Harpswell area.The home is a raised ranch style~ The main level consists of a fully equipped kitchen with Dining Table which seats 6, comfortable living room with a smart tv for streaming, 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and a TV in each room, and the full bath. The exterior door in the kitchen leads out to the screened in porch, as well as the main deck. Such a relaxing spot to enjoy the company of your family/friends after a day at the beach and exploring the area ! The finished basement offers extra couches, sleeping arrangements, as well as an air hockey table. There are board games, cribbage, many DVD's, and cards for your use as well !The screened in deck is a favorite spot of our guests ! Many enjoy relaxing at the table, spending time with loved ones, eating meals, morning coffee, and maybe an evening cocktail ! The large yard offers a great space to enjoy and just hang out ! Plenty of room in the driveway for 2-3 cars~ We also provide 2 one-person kayaks and paddles for your use. There are life jackets there, but we cannot guarantee a size to fit everyone. You may want to bring your own, or pick one up on the way if you plan to use them. There are also a few beach chairs and towels provided for your use if heading to the beach !The owners of this home have long roots to the Phippsburg area ~ Their Great-Great Grandfather started in the Lighthouse Service following the Civil War. He served as the Lighthouse keeper on Seguin Island from 1886-1889, with his cousin.
