Fully fenced home to yourself and pets (if you brought them along!) to enjoy privacy around your own little bonfire watching our blazing sunsets or propane grill your dinner!Full kitchen provides everything needed to host the family dinner with stovetop, oven, convection oven, insta pot, toaster, coffee maker etc.Full family dinnerware cooking pots and pans.Fridge and cupboards have all of the simple basics like sauces seasonings as well as fresh spring water from our local well source is brought in to your own water dispenser upon arrival. Very comfortable king bed with microfiber linens will provide you a clean and comfortable nights sleep.Bathroom has excellent full water pressure shower as well as soak in a bubble bath if that’s what’s needed after a long day of hiking or outdoor adventures!We are centrally located between Zions Bryce and Grand Canyon so many people choose our home for multiple nights for the perfect in between spot to access all of the incredible world famous destinations. But don’t forget we have our own state parks less than 10 minutes away which is the back side of Zions National Park. Our gorgeous Water Canyon is a perfect streamside hike slot canyon that doesn’t disappoint! Endless atv trails locally with horse and atv rentals in town. You’re able to walk from the driveway of our home and be in the best ATV adventures within a minute or two!Many beautiful local parks which are dog friendly. Don’t forget to visit Maxwell Park which boasts some of the best natural spring well water in the world! Please reach out regarding longer stays or possible discounts on dates you’re interested in. I typically keep my winter calendar on weekly/ monthly only rentals but may consider specific date bookings or discounts if your interested let me know!Local Coffee shops have all you could ask for with home baked treats and the best fresh coffee roasts! Specially home baked pizzas and even a brewery pub has live music on weekends! Food will not disappoint and we even have a brand new beautiful grocery store that will have everything you need. All of the expectations of a cozy small town with conveniences and comforts, breathtaking scenery, Colorado city is quickly becoming a buzz word in the new best destination to get out of the overpriced packed cities!You can easily access the river beds from the front door within a few minute walk for the dogs or to enjoy a unique and private meditation or to watch the blazing sunsets which we are so famous for!
