Local owner's in the Roaring for Valley for 20+ years, three-generation ownership. It is our honor and pleasure to welcome you to our beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium. MAX OCCUPANCY is 6 humans - INCLUDING CHILDREN. Significant fines apply to over-occupancy. The unit comfortably sleeps 4. Located between the "Snowmass Mall", the historic downtown of Snowmass Village, and "Base Village", a new center of community and commerce, we are perfectly located for the quintessential Aspen/Snowmass experience. Our unit is directly on free public transit, taking you anywhere you want to go in Snowmass Village - the mountain, Base Village, the Mall, the Center, the grocery store, the golf course, our hiking and biking trail system, restaurants, bars and more, - all within a 5-minute ride free of charge! A free bus ride to Aspen is a two-block walk and 25 minutes ride away, 6 am - 2 am. For self-styled adventures, we have two deeded, covered (though not closed), parking spaces for your convenience. The common space has a year-round heater pool, outdoor covered hot tub / spa, and indoor steam room and basic gym/work out room.Our lovely condo has gorgeous sweeping views of the entire valley. We are on the second level and there are stairs (only!) to enter. Our deck has a sitting area for two and a grill for family gatherings. Our living area is generous in size and dolled up in mountain-chique decore. For a movie night, you can use our Smart TV to access your streaming accounts and sit back on our comfy couch and love seat by the wood-burning fireplace. If you seek a human-to-human connection we have a few board games handy and a nice dining room table suitable for eight players or diners. Our kitchen is an open format, with everything you need, and no clutter to do not. We have a coffee and tea maker and stock the basics for you to fuel up for the first chair, a warm summer hike. The kitchen has a microwave and toaster, in addition to the oven and stove-top. Don't forget the grill outside! The master bedroom comes with a comfy queen and a flatscreen, and our second bedroom with two twins for the kiddos, and a small TV there as well. The master has an attached bathroom with dual-sink vanities, and the second bedroom a detached full bathroom with a shower and single sink. We have a washer/drying in the unit for mid-stay cleans and have thought of the little things like shampoo and conditioner and blow driers in case you want to leave yours at home..We love our home. With think, it is about perfect. When we are not using it, someone should, and we hope, that someone, is you!!Message us with any questions. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant. What to be aware of:We are in the mountains!
