The main floor features a mud room , kitchen, laundry as well as the two bedrooms and 2 full baths. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and bunks with full size bed on bottom and twin on top. This bedroom has direct access to the full bath. The living room offers comfort and views to relax with. You also have access to the front deck from here with grill and yes more great views. Eleven mile reservoir is visible from here. The Eleven MIle State Park with playground, boating, fishing are about 5 minutes away.On the other side of living room features a huge master bedroom, walkin closet shower and spa tub. The downstairs holds the family room. Very spacious and possilby a place for a couple additional roll a way beds. There's a half bath and huge sectional, big tv , a game table and a cove for office or crafts. There is also a 2 car garage that could be included with rental upon request.This home is protected by ADT security services. We choose to keep our rates steady throughout the season, instead of offering a multi night discount.
