This recently remodeled home sits on a 1/3 acre and is the perfect in between home for a long stay while your permanent home is getting ready for you.The Space:The front enclosed yard leads to the entryway of the home. Walking in you'll have a spacious living room with Roche Bobois couches and modern accent chairs. Theres a spacious kitchen with plenty of space to cook and store food in the large pantry. To the left is the beautiful dining room. Further along are 3 bedrooms and one dedicated office with a single futon bed (you could use the house as 5 bedrooms), laundry rooms and garage. Towards the read of the home theres another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two more living spaces that lead the enclosed spacious back yard replete with deck, pergola and a bonus backhouse that can be an office.The Neighborhood:Located on Gold Dust trail a few homes from Hillcrest, this area of North Dallas is beautiful. The lots are all 1/3 of an acre and it's walking distance to local Synagogues and Schools and driving to the main highways of 121, Tollway and 75.Interaction with Guests:We at Driem House are available anytime for maintenance and questions but the home will be accesses with a digital lock.
