Nestled on the shores of Lamoka Lake, you'll find yourself at the heart of the Seneca & Keuka Lake Wine Trails, and nearby Corning, Watkins Glen, & Ithaca. Indulge in a lakeside retreat for 10! The main house sleeps 3 and features a spacious open living area with a stunning kitchen, dining, and living room with floor to ceiling windows, and central air. A loft bedroom offers a Queen adjustable bed, Smart TV offering Roku and Cable, and a cozy seating area with a futon. The bathroom on the first floor boasts a walk-in shower, with a washer and dryer in the mudroom entryway. Across the road, a second-story garage apartment accommodates 7 guests with two bedrooms offering Queen adjustable beds, and a third bedroom with a twin bunk bed and trundle. The apartment includes 3 AC units and ceiling fans. Below the apartment, you’ll find a fitness room with workout bench, free weights, and a treadmill as well as a GAME ROOM area with corn hole boards and a multi-use game table including pool, ping-pong and picnic table options.Enjoy amenities like 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, lake access from the firepit area, and a boat dock (note: no boat launch access, but one is nearby). Additional features include a gas grill, dishwasher, iron and board, microwave, oven, private porch, toaster, water cooler, WiFi, and cable TV and Roku for streaming. We kindly ask that you respect our NO PETS policy during your stay. Please note that only ADA-compliant service animals are allowed on the property; emotional support animals do not fall under this category. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in a $650 fee.We provide a starter kit with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, and trash bags, but please bring any additional supplies you may need for your stay. Linens and towels are included, and parking is available for 4 cars. Experience a contactless check in for your convenience. For added security, there’s an outdoor security camera with audio on the Carriage House monitoring the Carriage Home driveway and entry way of the Main House. Your lakeside escape awaits!
