This spacious vacation condo has a HUGE deck with relaxing views and is right across the street from the outdoor pool!The Space:When you pull up to "Libby's Perch", the first thing you will notice is that there's a walking ramp to the front door area. Perfect for someone who doesn't want to climb on their trip. When you open the door, you will find modern colors surrounded by comfortable soft furnishings, an electric fireplace, a completely new kitchen, and even a wine fridge! The two spacious bedrooms with King and queen size beds will be very inviting after a day out on the town or at Silver Dollar City. The fully equipped kitchen has it all for cooking or grilling with the electric grill which is located on the massive deck for a little outdoor time. The condo backs up to the trees that Branson has abound and there is a peek-a-boo view of the lake during the summer and broader view of the lake during the Fall/Winter. The location is fabulous as it's right next to the basketball and shuffle ball courts as well as across the street from the outdoor pool. The location is also perfect for accessing Silver Dollar City, Indian Point Marina, and just a 4-mile drive from all Branson has to offer! We invite you to come rest your wings at "Libby's Perch"!SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:Bedroom 1: King size bed, attached bathroom, bedside lighting, and quality mattress/bedding.Bedroom 2: queen size bed, bedside lighting, and Jack-n-Jill common bathroom.Living area: 2 pull out sofa beds (1 Full size & 1 Queen) Living room: smart TV w/cable, soft seating, plenty of light, and high speed WIFI.Laundry room: full size washer/dryer, laundry soap, bleach, and dryer sheets.Bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper, and make-up wipes.Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything needed to cook meals.NOTE:**Dogs are accepted here. A onetime non-refundable fee of $75 (per pet) apply.****Minimum booking age is 21***The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Eagles Nest Resort, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.Guest Access:Outdoor Pool and Hot tub open from 10AM - 10PM and is seasonal.Basketball CourtShuffleboardWalking areas down to the lake!!The Neighborhood:Boat trailers are not allowed on the resort property. Arrangements for nearby boat parking (route to Indian Point Marina) can be made at Deer Run Grocery for a nominal fee. Drop off your trailer before entering the resort.Other Things to Note:**Dogs are accepted here.
