You can enjoy your own private dock for fishing or mooring your boat. This cottage offers 4 Bedroom and 3 Bathrooms and because it sits directly on the water - it's perfect for fishermen and wildlife lovers as birds, geese and duck are all around. This home features a downstairs Master bedroom with 1 Queen Size Bed and 1 Twin Bed with Pillow Top mattresses that opens onto the deck overlooking the bay. The master Bedroom on the upper floor has wonderful views of the Bay and features a King Size Pillow Top mattress. The 3rd bedroom features a Queen and a Twin. And the 4th features a Queen size bed. A wonderful outdoor deck overlooks the Bay and makes for a great place to enjoy coffee on cool mornings or shade on the warm ones.We have a large living room with a large Smart TV and High Speed WiFi for all your streaming needs.This home has central heat/air; dishwasher, 3 full bathrooms, a downstairs Master bedroom, decks overlooking the bay, a private dock, a full and fantastic kitchen featuring brand new stainless steel appliances with a gas cooktop range.Fish from your backyard or on the fantastic private dock. We are pet friendly with a small pet fee.This is a residential property situated in a residential neighborhood. Perfect for a family, or small subdued family gatherings. We have neighbors very close by who assist us in monitoring this home. Anything resembling a party will be subject to the conditions as listed.This is a Family/Residential unit and area. No loud music or noise.
