Second loft has a full size futon accessible via wall pipe ladderThe house is located three miles from The Morgan Territory Regional Preserve.The los vaqueros reservoir is located directly behind our property, you can see part of it when you hike to the top of hill. Also you can see the peaks of the surrounding hills, the wind turbines, Lawrence National Livermore Lab and Sandia National Lab.50+ winerie s are located well within 15 miles of property. Wine tasting is always an enjoyable outing in Livermore. Wente's golf course, 5-star restaurant and concert venue.15 min drive to Lawrence Livermore and Sandia Labs, 15 minutes drive to San Francisco Outlets and BART. Hiking trails surrounding the property i.e , Mount Diablo and Los Vaqueros Reservoir. You may explore the property as well at your own risk as there may be unpaved paths, gofer holes, and grazing cattle.Our home has been beautifully renovated and we are currently working on upkeep projects.
