This is a four-season recreation destination with skiing, boarding, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, hunting and so much more. Our spacious home is the perfect place to escape and relax without being right next door to other guests. Enjoy your coffee in the morning on the front balcony or sit around the fire out back. We are also pet friendly and welcome your pups. Walking up to the cabin, you will be greeted with a large covered front porch. Perfect for rainy or snowy days.Enter into a spacious mudroom to store all your skis, boots and mountain items before entering the home. Inside you will find a large dining room table, a fully stocked and newly renovated kitchen, large living room with a sofa bed that sleeps two, WiFi available and four smart TV’s throughout the home to stream your favorite shows or movies. The newly renovated kitchen offers a microwave, drip coffee maker or Keurig machine for use, full size fridge for your groceries, dishwasher, spices, oils and even an air fryer.Bedroom #1 is upstairs and offers a king bed, overhead fan, large window with an amazing wooded view, 50 inch smart TV to stream your favorite movies and shows, blackout curtains and a closet. Mini split with heating and cooling to adjust the room to your perfect temperature. Bedroom #2 is upstairs and offers a queen bed, wooden bunk beds, overhead fan, blackout curtains, balcony access and closet space. Mini split with heating and cooling to adjust the room to your perfect temperature.Bedroom #3 is on the first floor with a queen bed, overhead fan, blackout curtains and closet space. Perfect for guests who can’t walk steps easily.The first floor full bathroom has a large stand up shower with a seat, vanity with touch mirror, ample towels, blow dryer and shampoo, conditioner and body soap included.The second bathroom upstairs offers a full shower/bathtub, vanity, ample towels, blow dryer and shampoo, conditioner and body soap included.The newly renovated basement offers two 50-inch smart TV’s, bar, poker table, foosball, Golden Tee arcade game and many board games and books. Full washer and dryer also located in the basement for your use. Parking – The cabin is off a main road that gets plowed in the winter months. The home has a long driveway with an extra driveway up to the attached garage and another driveway up to a separate detached garage. This makes it very easy for multiple cars to get in and out without having someone have to leave the home to move their vehicle.The regional attractions are numerous. Less than 2 minutes from Laurel Hill State Park. Enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, boat rentals and the public beach for swimming. 8 miles to Seven Springs Ski Resort & 6 miles to Hidden Valley Ski Resort. A short drive to Ohiopyle State Park. The region is home to three Frank Lloyd Wright houses including the famous in. Flight 93 National Monument is right around the corner. Living Treasures Animal Park and Caddy Shack make great family day trips. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.This home is pet friendly for dogs 30 pounds and under (2 dogs max). Additional $150 per dog pet fee.
