You can spend your evenings around the lakeside firepit, enjoying the warmth of the fire while roasting marshmallows and taking in the serene beauty of the starry sky.For those who love the water, the cabin provides kayaks, canoes, and lake floats, along with life jackets and paddles, so you can explore the lake at your own pace. You can take a trip back in time and explore the rich history of the area by visiting The Katahdin or 'Kate', the last remaining steamboat in operation, which is docked in Greenville and open all summer for lake tours and events.If you're an outdoor enthusiast, you'll be in paradise at Katahdin. The region offers plenty of opportunities for whitewater rafting, mountain biking, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV adventures, ice climbing, hiking, and wildlife watching. If weather permits, we will have the dock available sooner.• The cabin is part of Lawrence's Lakeside Cabins. There are other cabins that are part of Lawrence's Lakeside Cabins located on the property, and are available to be booked as well.• Construction is currently taking place on the campgrounds for renovations at cabin 6.• No Parties• No Pets• No Smoking• Maximum Weight for Kayaks 275 lbs• Alert Us If Anything Breaks• Get Approval From Us For Special Events
