Waterfront Cabin on Lake Vallecito - Lake Views, Walk to Marina **Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking ***The rustic, comfortable, relaxed cabin-style home is situated in a rare, waterfront with a few other homes and cabins nearby. It is perched up and provides AMAZING views of Lake Vallecito. There are large multiple decks and a propane grill at the cabin. Our guests can fish, canoe and kayak directly from this home. Inside, there are views from the lake in every room of the house. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable living/dining area and kitchen.BED CONFIGURATION:Main Bedroom - Double Bed (Main Floor)Queen Bed + Twin (2nd Floor)Twin Bed (2nd Floor)LOCATION: In the heart of the Lake Vallecito recreation area, you are near the marina, hiking, biking and ATV trails, fishing, hunting, ice fishing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling - the San Juan wilderness area is at your doorstep! Vallecito also has a few restaurants and general stores. Appx 25 miles to downtown Durango and 50 miles to Purgatory Ski Resort.Consistent with most Colorado mountain homes, the home does not offer air-conditioning. The fireplace in the Great Room is operational; the fireplace in the bedroom is NOT operational.During winter storm events 4WD is required.Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
