And, Avery Place has AIR CONDITIONING : )We are situated in a friendly area of Vallecito Lake known as the deep end with a short walk to lake access. Our Guests are supplied with a Paddleboard, Oars, Jackets, and fishing Poles at the Cabin, and a Canoe down by the lake! Avery Place is a lakeside cabin with a short walk to the water's edge.You are responsible for your family's safety- "At your own risk". If you choose to participate in any of these activities and use the lake trail - you do so at your own risk. Avery Place is a roomy (1120 sq. ft.) 2-story cabin nestled in the pines & has all the amenities. Dine under the covered decks, or relax indoors with a fire. The cabin accommodates 6 persons, 2 king-size beds on the second floor, and a full-size pull-out couch on the first floor that can accommodate two small persons with an additional $30 linen fee, and there is also a play crib. The master bedroom has a private bathroom & the second bedroom has a hallway bathroom. The cabin is nestled in the pines and has all the amenities needed during your stay. Dine under the covered decks, or relax indoors with a fire. The cabin has a large covered patio with plenty of furniture and a charcoal BBQ for fresco dining. Inside, it is roomy and styled with comfortable, newer furnishings. The living room has seating for six and a handsome stone fireplace. As a note, the ceiling beams in the living room area can be low in some areas. There is a half bath on the first floor and air conditioning. Our sunny kitchen has the dining area off it and seats 4-persons with window seating. Free Wi-Fi. Smoking is not allowed in the cabin but we do have a dispenser on the patio. The cabin is nicely stocked with linens, cleaning supplies, personal care products, and all amenities to cook with. Please reach out with any questions about these items. Our small neighborhood has many majestic trees and because of this trash companies cannot use their hydraulic lift to pick up containers, all cabins use dumpsters on the main road and guests are responsible for taking their trash out.To ensure all guests have the best experience, upon your arrival, I will try to meet with you to personally provide information on the cabin, neighborhood, and any related information you may want about the area to ensure your time at the lake is a success. One week before your stay, I will reach out to you and let you know the location of the keys, helpful tips on parking, and finding the cabin in case you arrive before me.
