This home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably; with 3 bedrooms, a loft space, and 3.5 bathrooms. This cozy retreat offers all the amenities you need for a memorable green mountain mountain getaway, perfect for families or groups of friends. Whether you're looking to hit the slopes or explore the great outdoors, this cabin is the perfect home base for all of your adventures!The Space:As you enter the cabin, you'll be greeted by a warm all wood interior and inviting atmosphere, complete with a fireplace on the main floor. The open-concept living area is the perfect spot to relax on the oversized couch with Smart TV. The fully finished lower level provides additional space for guests to spread out with a small couch and smart tv as well.The main level has the primary bedroom with bathroom ensuite, a guest bedroom and an additional bathroom. The loft has a full and twin bed with a half bath. Lastly, the lower level has a bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom.The cabin's rustic aesthetic is carried throughout, with natural wood finishes and an abundance of windows that let in plenty of natural light. The main floor boasts a fully equipped kitchen, with all the appliances you would need, making it easy to prepare meals for your group.Other Things to Note:- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.-Damage waiver The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
