There is a potential for noise from the rental above and attached wall with a guest house.- Backyard is for this unit only, not shared with other units. -If you plan on bringing pets, you must inform us of the breed, size, and number of pets. We only allow up to 2 dogs at our discretion and they must be added to the reservation.- 2 doors attached garage that connects inside. one side for this unit, the other side is for guest house.
