Take in the incredible views from our deck enjoying your morning coffee. Bus stop just outside our building to town & the resort. Or an easy 5 min walk to ski resort base w dining, bars, & coffee shop. One bedroom w Queen-size bed. 2nd bedroom w twin over full bunk bed. Living room has a Full size pull out bed. WFH Setup. Community hot tub. Dog friendly with approval.The SpaceWell stocked kitchen. Our condo has free high-speed wifi, Netflix, Hulu, extra linens, towels for the hot tub, a well-equipped kitchen, hair dryer, washer, dryer, and more. We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable, enjoyable, and easy experience.One parking space included with the condo, but it is very easy to get to and from the mountain and the town of CB with the free community shuttle which is located at the base of the property.Guest accessYou'll have access to our full condo plus building amenities: bike/ski tune station, hot tub, grill area, dog wash station, and the on-site (free!) city and ski mountain bus stop. We also have an inflatable Stand up Paddle Board (SUP) that we rent out to guests for a fee.Other things to noteAny fines incurred by owner due to guest's noncompliance of House Rules, Dog Policy or Building Rules will be passed along to guest.- No smoking.- Please remove your shoes at the entry.- Two pets considered (INQUIRE IN ADVANCE). Damage acknowledgement and $50 fee per pet required.- Pet must be crated if left in the unit (you provide the crate). No pets on any furniture.- No parties.- Check in 3p.m.- Check out 10 a.m.STR License #: 305530.
