Its a 1/2 block to the heart of Elk Ave which allows you to walk just about anywhere in town. Its also just 1/2 a block from the free shuttle bus that runs up the mountain. The house is set up on 1 floor with a queen bed in the bedroom and a full shower/bath combo in the bathroom. The living area is open with vaulted ceilings, a dining nook and a fully equipped kitchen. For ambiance and extra warmth, enjoy the gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes. The stairs shown in the pictures are to a storage area, not a loft."Alley living" can be fun with some local CB color. It can also have a bit of noise associated with it as the delivery trucks do use this alley to deliver to the local businesses. Its not uncommon to hear people leaving these businesses at night or the opening and closing of a dumpster door as the employees clean things up at the end of the night.1 off street parking space is available.There is no washer and dryer for this property.Renters 25 and up are welcome, those under 25 are always welcome with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind. Town of Crested Butte business license # 007264.Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.
