The large yard is nicely landscaped with a white picket fence surrounding the house as well as mature trees that add privacy to the outdoor hot tub, deck and BBQ grill. Relax under the summer sun in the comfortable deck furniture with a book or your morning coffee. Open the french doors from the deck and enter the great room, bright and lively with natural light and beautiful views. The open floor plan with hardwood floors, tiled kitchen, stone hearth with gas fireplace and beautiful furnishings is spacious and perfect for entertaining. The second floor is carpeted with two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with elegant linens and vaulted ceilings. Its adjoining bathroom features a white tile vanity, a jet tub, steam shower and tiled floor. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom on the same level. The private junior suite with a queen bed and a full bathroom is located on the first floor. Also on this floor is the fourth bedroom with two twins. The tiled mudroom offers space for jackets and shoes while the side yard is perfect for bike storage. Perfectly located and private, The Bluebird Cottage offers pristine mountain views, river walks, and relaxing summer evenings to make your Crested Butte vacation full of unforgettable memories.Please note that air conditioning is almost non-existent in Crested Butte. This property does not have AC.This property allows a maximum of 8 guests and has private parking for 2 vehicles.>> This home may allow ONE well-trained dog. Please inquire in advance for homeowner consideration. Dogs are subject to a $50 per dog per night fee and a signed pet agreement.
