Bear West - Quiet and clean with all you need for your stay in CB! Bear West is located on Butte Avenue in downtown Crested Butte. Walk out the front door and head left two blocks to the Woods Walk and Lower Loop walking/biking/cross-country trail. Located only 4 blocks from Elk Ave. Bear West provides you with a quiet setting to come home to, yet keeps you near the heartbeat of a wonderful town. Park your car, because at Bear West you are only a walk or bike ride away from restaurants, shopping and adventure. During the winter and summer the free town shuttle to Mt. Crested Butte is only 4 blocks away. Bear West has three bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with full bath. The second and third bedrooms contain queen size beds. Down comforters, high quality thread-count linens and pillows on all these beds will keep you nice and toasty in the winter and comfy all summer long. Bear West has a sunny 1st floor family room with a TV making it a good spot to relax. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. The 2nd floor has an expansive living room with an absolutely gorgeous kitchen fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. Want to try your hand at baking at high altitude....we have the equipment. The high ceiling in the living room gives you an open feeling. The Western decor is filled with fun accents and a large leather sectional for lounging. Step outside onto the back deck to a gas BBQ grill and adirondack chairs. There is a loft off the living area with twin beds. A half bath accommodates the 2nd floor. The backyard with a well maintained landscaping is cared for personally by the managers. In the summer flowers flourish!
