Sit on one of the three oversized decks, in the 6 person hot tub, lounging in a hammock, or use it as your base to explore Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, or enjoy world-class downhill and cross-country skiing or mountain biking at Winter Park ski resort, Granby Ranch, Devil's Thumb Ranch, and YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch.This custom-built luxury retreat features a spacious open floor plan with high end amenities you would expect from a luxury mountain home: flat screen tv's, thermostat-controlled gas fireplace, radiant in-floor heat, gourmet kitchen with 5 burner gas range, air hockey/ping pong table, hot tub, outdoor seating-including hammocks to lounge away the day. The home offers a main floor master suite with attached bath including walk-in double shower and walk out to 2 separate patios. The spacious upstairs has two over-sized bedrooms; one with two double beds (queen air mattress also included) and one with a large King bed and queen sleeper sofa, with shared full bathroom. The main floor features two living areas. The TV/media room has 2 large couches with one pull out queen size bed that comfortably sleeps two (could accommodate two more on additional sofa); this room features a rustic sliding barn door that is able to be closed for added privacy. There is a half bathroom on the main level and a half bathroom on the garage level. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen comes with all appliances, dishes, high quality pots and pans, utensils, bakeware, and small electrics you may need to cook large meals for your group. There is even a gas grill and grilling utensils for your use on the deck. The home includes multiple options to keep your group entertained: Bonus living area, kitchen and Master Bedroom has a flat screen TV with DirecTV, Satellite WiFi is included with your stay, there are plenty of games in the bonus living area, outdoor hot tub, fishing poles, or choose to lounge in one of the hammocks on the deck while enjoying a good book from our shared library. You will have access to a 2 car heated garage. Other amenities include a washer and dryer. We hope you enjoy making wonderful Rocky Mountain memories in our private, secluded Rocky Mountain Retreat. The views from this home are unparalleled. We are located 20 minutes from Winter Park, 10 minutes from Pole Creek Golf Course, 15 minutes to YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch and Grandby Ski area. The secluded home is situated atop the Fraser River canyon, accessed via well maintained county road, 10 minute drive off highway 40 from Tabernash. PLEASE NOTE: We are taking every precaution to offer you a clean and disinfected environment during your stay. We are following all cleaning guidance offered by VRBO and the CDC and the cleaning company we use has instituted additional measures to ensure a thorough clean after each check out and prior to each check in. There's no better place to enjoy an amazing mountain getaway than Timber Ridge! House Rules and Policies: Our home is a one of a kind custom build in the Rocky Mountains and we ask that you please treat our home with respect and dignity.We ask that you enjoy the home and the great views and leave the home as you found it. This will allow other guests to enjoy our home in the future. - Absolutely NO SMOKING of ANY kind on the Property- Guests must follow posted hot tub rules. If guests cause hot tub to be drained and refilled following stay, a $500 fee will be imposed. - Feel free to use propane firepit on patio, but no open fires in firepit allowed due to extreme fire danger. - Guests must observe all Grand County fire ban restrictions- Maximum of 12 guests allowed in home at one time-Booking party must have an adult over the age of 25 and must be present during entire stay. A fine of $1500.00 will be imposed and guests will be subject to immediate eviction if violated.NIGHTLY MINIMUMS (shorter times are considered as we get closer to the dates):We prefer a 3 night minimum stay, however we will accept 2 night stays if availability allows. We have a 4 night minimum stay for major holidays.
