All you need are your bags, mountain bikes and/or skis, fishing gear etc. ALL UTILITIES,CABLE, AND HIGH-SPEED INTERNET ARE INCLUDED. Located 2 1/2 miles down valley from El Jebel/City Market and Whole Foods off of Hwy 82. This property offers its own separate driveway and wooded privacy. Yet, only 5 minutes from Basalt, 15 minutes from Glenwood Springs and 25 minutes from Aspen. Built July 2007, this rustic, cozy property offers all the comforts of home and more. Radiant heated floors, 1 car heated garage with an additional attached covered 1 car carport, including an EV charger. This tastefully designed home is fully furnished. The kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and an assortment of cooking utensils. The main living area provides a home theater including a 5.1 surround sound system along with a 65' HD LCD TV supported by a Blu-ray DVD player. Off of the main living area is a built-in hot tub deck including a infrared gas BBQ grill. The 2 bedrooms on the lower garden level provide large walk-in closets, flat screen LCD's in each bedroom and have their own full bath. For your laundry needs there is a set of large capacity front loader Silver Care Samsung washer and dryer. The neighborhood community is ideal for families yet equally as inviting for individuals or couples.
