We are 1/4 a mile to the gate on Pikes Peak 14,115 feet.Also 420 friendly, it has its own laundry. The house has everything you need to stay as long as you like. Also the house is cleaned then disinfected and then Inspected after every guest. Myself andBee liveon the property, it has two addresses, and 2water heaters,2 furnaces,two of everything,too big for2 people.There are three decks,1. Walk out the L/R to the grill and picnic table,. The deck off the master bedroom is private it also has Sliding glass doors to step rite into your rm..Also you can walk from the house to some really cool hiking trails. The house is Just 10 miles up hill from Colorado Springs. Close to Manitu springs Green Mountain Falls .. Come and enjoy !!.we want y’all to have a great time!! And More.
