Designed for comfort and entertainment, the dining table seats six comfortably.Two of the home's four bedrooms, including a master with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed, are located on this upper level.Descend to the lower level to discover a cozy living room space with plush leather furniture, a pool table, and another stone hearth fireplace. Two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, and a second bathroom provide ample accommodations. This code will be active throughout the duration of your stay.-Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.-The TV's offer streaming services only for guest's to use their subscriptions. Just don't forget to log out!- If you would like to utilize the fire place, don't forget to grab a bundle of wood on your way!-if you open it, close it-if you borrow it, return it-if you turn it on, turn it off-if you break it, fix it-if you use it, take care of it-if you make a mess, clean it up-if you move it, put it backIt is recommended that guests have travelers insurance for the duration of their stayWe do not allow pets at this home- bringing pets into the home will result in a fineNo Smoking of ANY Kind Please: -Damages will be incurred if found that there has been smoking Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 9am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours. No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given. Fee schedule for violating house rules:-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout -Smoking of any kind in the unit or where it can waft-into the unit: $100-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $100- If a pet is brought into the home there will be a $500 fine as this property does not allow pets-Broken/damaged items: charged at replacement value.Travel insurance is recommended.
