You will get a good night's rest. Cleanliness and safety are a top priority. We use only white freshly laundered linens including the duvets for all bedrooms & bathrooms. We regularly test the smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. This home uses Nest protection smoke alarms so you know your family is safe.Property is equipped with a large grill, newest X Box, ski racks in the garage, mudroom for boots, etc.If you have small children they can be right outside riding bikes without worry. In addition, the property is one house down from a small pocket park where adults can be outside throwing the frisbee with the teenagers while the younger children swing on a small playground. Another pocket park down the street serves as the arena for pond hockey in the winter. At the end of the street is a small private pathway that leads directly to the practice tee on the golf course. There is a path to walk to the first tee, practice range and pool. Two hiking trails start just a street over. In the winter, If you are a good skier you can ski down from Rose Bowl at Beaver Creek to the property. Details: * 2 master bedrooms - each master has a new king size bed and mattress.
