A family oriented, quiet neighborhood nestled conveniently between the exclusive Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The Eagle Vail golf course community is minutes from skiing, hiking, biking, rafting, fly fishing and all attractions of the Vail Valley. The community has a wonderful outdoor pool, pickle ball courts, a variety of hiking trails, small parks for kids of all ages, driving range, par 3 course, 18 hole golf course, frisbee golf, MTB trails and peaceful neighborhoods to walk or bike along. This property is recently renovated, with new surfaces, kitchen appliances, heating systems and tasteful furnishings. We look forward to hosting you!*Maximum Parking of 3 compact/standard vehicles. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated. Two vehicles may park in the designated driveway spaces. One in front of garage and one in the parking space closest to the 142 entry. A compact vehicle may fit in the single vehicle garage bay. (See parking map for details).**No Smoking*Must be at least 25 years old to book*No events, parties, or large gatherings*Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am in courtesy to our neighbors. Out of respect for our neighbors, large social events/gatherings (i.e. ceremonies, weddings, receptions) at any of our rental properties are prohibited unless prior arrangements have been discussed and confirmed through our office.
