Peaceful Cottonwood Ranch-Style Home Spacious, peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with *NEW* remote control gas fireplace. King bedroom has an additional sitting room area. Queen bedroom 1 has en suite bathroom and french doors to backyard. Queen bedroom 2 has lots of open floor space and a sofa with pull-out bed. Please note: the pull-out is as pull-outs are: not very comfortable. But the other beds are very comfortable with new gel mattress toppers for cloud-like comfort! Blackout curtains throughout the house, perfect for a good night's sleep. Just pull them back when you wanna let the sunshine in!Just a short walk to a serene duck pond with resident ducks that are always hanging out. Minutes from Sedona, Jerome and historic Old Town Cottonwood. See the beautiful serene red rocks of Sedona in the day and go wine tasting in Old Town Cottonwood at night. Local wineries make it particularly nice. Less than a half hour to many state parks and national monuments like Red Rock State Park (my favorite) and Tuzigoot or Montezuma Castle National Monuments.
