The bathroom is fully renovated and has a double vanity, large mirror, and ample storage. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for your convenience.Office Space:There is a cozy, dedicated workspace with a writing desk and chair that will make you feel right at home.Outdoor Space:There is a fully enclosed, wrap-around yard with mature trees and a grapevine as a reminder that we are in the heart of Arizona wine country! There are no shared spaces. Street parking for 2 standard vehicles is available in front of the house.Other things to noteThe cottage is just off of Main Street, but in a generally quiet neighborhood. The adjacent property is a very small, senior mobile home community. We are located on a one way section of the road, so use caution when entering and exiting the neighborhood.If you choose to bring your dog, we kindly ask that Fido keeps off of the furniture and beds and that you clean up any mess left in the yard. There is a $150 pet fee assessed per stay.
