We hope you enjoy your stay.This updated home is located on the 11th hole at the Ridge at Castle Pines North in Kings Crossing neighborhood. As you enter the home, the vaulted ceilings and grand entry welcome you in. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 baths including the master suite. The master suite offers his and hers walk-in closets, a 5 piece bath including a jetted tub, and your own private balcony that boasts views of Devils Head and the Rocky Mountains . On the main floor you have a 3/4 bath and an office/bedroom with built in bookcases. The front room features a wood burning fireplace. The formal dining opens to the patio with French doors and close access to the hot tub. If you have a furry friend, there's a dog door ready to go. The family room has a gas burning fireplace and flows to the kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances bought within the last 5 years. As you are cooking, you gaze out at the golf course and mountain views. Step onto the patio for an oasis. The pergola on the upper-tier patio has louvers that open & close so you can be outside in any weather. A high-top bar has a natural gas fire pit for a place to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset and cooking in the outdoor kitchen. The rock water feature leads you to the lower patio, perfect for those who love to entertain. A copper fire pit (natural gas) and plenty of seating room await you, where friends and family join to make memories with amazing sunsets. There is a raised vegetable garden just waiting for your green thumb. To top off the backyard, there is a shed tucked off to the side for extra storage.
