Enjoy the sounds of the year round creek from everywhere inside and outside the tiny house. All the comforts of home full kitchen full bathroom comfortable queen tempur-pedic bed and comfortable sofa bed. The tiny house is elevated over the creek there is NO handrails surrounding the deck. Not safe for children. The deck flooring is made of steel grate so can be uncomfortable for some dogs to walk on. Cell phone service can be spotty at times. Internet is typically good. L 10 miles to top of Grand Mesa 15 miles from Delta, 35 miles to POWDERHORN ski resort 4 miles from downtown main street Cedaredge w markets,cafes, coffee shops, fruit & wine shops etc. There is 2 tiny houses main house & guest house all short term vacation rentals on the property outside areas are shared this is a multi unit property.
