It has a private entrance through the garage, next to a beautiful pond, and up an enclosed stairwell. Inside there are 2 full size beds with 1200 thread count linens. The sitting area features a full size leather couch, coffee table and a flat screen TV . You will also find an oversized work desk with plenty of outlets to charge your gadgets so you can stay connected while you are away....if you have to. We have blazing fast WiFi throughout the studio. There is a breakfast table that seats 4, coffee maker, microwave, and a counter height fridge. We have provided a selection of snacks along with bottles of water. At the beverage bar we’ve provided a variety of coffees, teas, and hot chocolates, for your enjoyment! The bathroom has a shower with sliding doors, soft towels, wash cloths, soaps, lotions, individual makeup wipe removers, q-tips, hair dryer and toilet paper (NOT the cheap stuff) — all stocked and waiting on you! There is a dedicated outdoor parking spot with river rock walkway to the covered entrance. Enjoy sitting in the rocking chairs having coffee (or tea) while you watch the ducks play in the fully stocked pond. Feel free to make friends with them— their food is in the silver bucket by the chairs! There are 2 picnic tables to enjoy take-out from some of our local restaurants. Take in the sun rise or sun set on the deck over the pond. Sit and listen to music or just enjoy a quite night under the stars with a glass of wine. Owner has a friendly older dog (her name is Kizzy) that sun baths outside and can be petted. -3 miles from ferry dock to Cumberland Island and downtown St. Marys many restaurants & shops-4.7 to Kings Bay Navy Base
