The “Blue” Spruce Retreat is a fully equipped 1,900 sq-ft craftsman style home. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and offers an open concept kitchen/living/dinning area. Relax in our luxurious master suite located on the first floor which includes a fire place and 55” smart TV. The second floor includes a loft, office space, as well as two spacious bedrooms and second full bath. The home was designed with a zoned heating and AC system that allows you to control the temperatures for each level. It boasts of a 6-person hot tub and fire pit for enjoying your evenings after a day of exploring all of the marvelous outdoor activities Chafee County has to offer.Other things to noteThe home is located in the newly developed Tailwind subdivision in Poncha Springs.
