Your adventure awaits!This home features:~Both sides of this duplex~4 Queen Bedrooms with ensuite baths~Lower bedrooms with bunk beds, one full size and one twin- one on each side~Total of 6 full bathrooms~Fully appointed kitchen~Big screen TVs with streaming capabilities~Wi-Fi~Air Conditioning!~Across the street from a sweet playground area~Shared backyard~Shared Gas Grill~Shared picnic table~2 sets of washers/dryersAll Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, salt and pepper and coffee filters. Bring your own laundry detergent, paper napkins and toiletries.Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm. All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions. ~Discover, Visa, MC accepted for payments. ~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. Five to 7 days before arrival, check-instructions will be sent to the guest. **This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved over-occupancy or pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $1000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement. Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund minus a $125 Cancellation fee or a $75 Change fee if applicable.
