LIVING AREA Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa, love seat, and armchair in the living area. In the evening, settle in to enjoy favorite shows on the smart TV while enjoying the warm ambience of a wood-burning stove. KITCHEN & DINING Home chefs will love the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with sleek hardwood countertops, a double basin sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Savor delicious meals at the kitchen bar with seating for four. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps five guests in two bedrooms. Find comfort in the lofted upstairs master bedroom, featuring a plush queen bed, desk, and a smart TV. (This room is partially open to the living area below.) The guest bedroom is outfitted with a full-over-full bunk bed. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES In the evening, sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the outdoor table for six on the wraparound deck. End the day stargazing around the gas firepit in the enclosed backyard. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, an electric car charger (cable not provided), and driveway parking for two cars are available. Street parking is not permitted. This rental does not have air-conditioning. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles. Head out for fun-filled days on the slopes at Snow Summit (6.5 miles) or Bear Mountain (7 miles). Visit Big Bear Alpine Zoo, one of two alpine zoos in the country that specializes in the rehab and release of local alpine species (6.5 miles). Tee off at Bear Mountain Golf Course (7.5 miles). Family fun awaits at Magic Mountain, offering alpine slides, water slides, bobsled tracks, mini-golf, go-karts, and horseback rides (8 miles). Take a paddlewheel boat tour at Pine Knot Marina (7.5 miles). Find fishing charters and wakeboarding at Big Bear Marina (8 miles). Rent a kayak, paddleboard, or fishing boat at Pleasure Point Marina (10 miles).If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets.
