This property features an exterior security camera located next to the front door facing toward the front of the property and street. This camera does not look into any interior spaces. This camera records sound and video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay- NOTE: This single-story cottage requires 2 steps to enter- NOTE: The private seasonal pool is only open from Memorial Day through Labor Day- NOTE: The lawn and pool maintenance company will be there every Thursday between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. They have access to the backyard via the pool gate. Their duties include using a robot vacuum and returning around 2 hours later to take the vacuum out, as well as moving the trash and recycling bins for Friday morning pick up. They will return briefly on Friday morning to move the bins back to the side of the house unless the guests want to do it
