We love sharing it with our guests!2. The home is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products. 3. Absolutely no parties or loud/late-night gatherings. Please keep noise to a minimum once the sun goes down. We have neighbors nearby on both sides who are noise-sensitive and noise carries very easily in the area. Please respect the serenity of the neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. Please ask us for alternative accommodation and we’d be happy to help find a place!4. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail. 5. Please note that there are stairs to access this property. **Please ensure you read the house rules and comply before booking.** Guest interaction:The property is set up for contactless entry. We are a local company that manages the property. We're just 15 minutes away, and our office is in Point Reyes Station. We're here 7 days a week to answer your questions or address any issues, usually within an hour, even on weekends and holidays. Neighborhood:The property is located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, close to the village of Inverness. Inverness is a charming coastal village in California. Known for its serene natural beauty, it's an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy hiking and biking trails, kayaking, and exploring the nearby Point Reyes National Seashore. Savor fresh seafood at local eateries, visit quaint markets, and unwind in cozy accommodations. Inverness offers a peaceful escape with breathtaking bay views and a welcoming, small-town atmosphere. There is also a school playground a few blocks through the neighborhood.Getting around:There is parking at the property. Inverness is walkable from the home, allowing for a pleasant stroll through the neighborhood. Hiking/biking trails are also walkable to access. A bike or car is best to get to additional attractions, like Chicken Ranch Beach.Animals may be considered on a case by case basis. They MUST be disclosed prior to making the reservation, and additional fees and rules agreed to. Outside guests are limited to 2 persons without prior approval (this means no gatherings without contacting us first).We manage over 20 homes in West Marin, so if you're looking for a place to get a little loud and have fun, we have other homes that are better suited, just ask.
