Across the subdivision is the famous Rails to Trails, the 48 mile long bike path. Close to Inverness (3 miles), and 20 miles to Ocala. Enjoy your vacation!NOTE ABOUT THE POOL.This house has SOLAR PANELS on the roof. Solar panels work when the sun is out and strong enough to heat the water. Keep in mind there is approx. 12,000 gallons of water that needs to be heated.When the sun is NOT strong enough, the water will NOT be heated to a comfortable temperature. When there is frost and freezing (we do have that in Florida), the solar panels will NOT work at all.The pool can be heated to 82, IF requested, the fee is $25 per day. Please make this request prior to arrival so we can turn on the heater before your arrival when temperatures are acceptable (heater will not be able to heat up to a comfortable temperature once the outside temp is too low - 60 and lower).
