The living room has a 55” Smart TV available with Netflix, hulu, amazon, WiFi and also offers work from home desk, chair and office supplies. As you walk down the hall, you'll find 1 full bathroom (tub/shower, sink vanity and toilet) and 3 rooms; 1 king and 2 queen size beds. As you descend the stairs to the basement, the flow of the home continues with updated flooring throughout each room; a utility room with washer and dryer, 2 additional bedrooms (2 queens), 1 full bathroom and a spacious living room with another 55' TV, space for dining as well and a foosball table. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with area rugs and original artwork & photography by both of the owners. The rooms have closet space, luggage racks, night stand lights with USB ports, fresh sheets and towels. The house has heat and AC and ceiling fans. The back yard/back patio has a fenced in yard, patio furniture, grill, backyard games and a firepit.House access will be through the front door with keyless entry. Codes will be provided close to the arrival date for worry-free check in.You will have access to the entire home and backyard.The space is non-smoking and pet free.
