Located in a quiet neighborhood between Downtown Denver and the airport.As you enter, natural light floods the cathedral ceilings of the great room. Nearby is the kitchen equipped with coffee machine, blender, rice cooker, and ample seating.Enjoy a game of billiards and foosball. Retreat upstairs to memory foam mattresses - two kings and two queens are available for your group.The main floor features double-height great room, game room with arcade machine, half bath, kitchen, and dining space.Upstairs consists of two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms, master bath and secondary bath, and laundry room.The main floor also offers two memory foam folding twin beds for guests number nine and ten.Backyard includes covered outdoor seating and propane grill.The neighborhood park is located just a block north of our home.Guests have access to the entire space, including 3 car garage parking.The pantry and basement are kept locked and used for housekeeping + storage.Please reach out with any questions or concerns. We are just a message away.We ask guests who are staying during trash day to assist with bringing out / retrieving garbage bins from the curb. We and future guests appreciate your help here.Serious damage or messes that require extra cleaning (way beyond the ordinary) will be fined accordingly (usually rare). House is photographed after every cleaning and before every arrival.Early check-in and/or late check-out can be requested and will be granted based on availability, for one flat fee of $25 (per each).
