The property is an expansive 85 acres and encompasses a seven-acre private lake. Each bedroom is comfortable and has a unique feel. In the living room is the Big Cedar Table and a cozy fireplace for chilly winter days.Frenchtown Inn can accommodate up to 12 guests in the main house. The Inn can also host up to 150 people for a wedding or other special event. The house overlooks an extensive lawn leading to the lake with three small islands. There is a bridge to one of the islands. Fish, geese, and ducks are regular visitors to the lake. The place also abounds with deer, birds, and other wildlife. On the path around the lake, you will see the registered Frenchtown Inn Monarch Butterfly Waystation.There is an EV charging station to charge your vehicle for .35 per kWh. The Inn has high-speed internet however, some of the urban cell phone carriers, such as T-Mobile, have no reception in this rural area.Guest accessThe house overlooks an expansive lawn area overlooking a pastoral seven-acre lake which includes three small islands. There is a path all the way around the lake.We highly discourage our guests from swimming in the lake as we can not guarantee their safety (no lifeguard, poor water quality & invisible obstacles.) Please note that all those lake activities mentioned above are done at your own riskOther things to noteWe have an EV Charging Station which costs $0.35 per kWh.T-Mobile and a few other urban carriers have no reception here. Please no pets or firearms, except verified service animals.
