Comfortable and Quiet Iowa City House, Attached garage Newly remodeled house, set on a half acre lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Located within a mile of the interstate, yet still close to central downtown Iowa City. Fenced in side yard, 2car garage, all new appliances in 2023. Beautiful backyard. If you like tossing a football or baseball, the front yard is also large. Wide long driveway provides plenty of off street parking. Large enough to accommodate for most RV's. Plenty of unique, locally owned, restaurants just a few minutes away. The neighborhood is mostly middle class professionals with well behaved educated kids. Great location for a walk or run. everything you need is close by. Gas ,coffee, food, park, grocery store and more are a short drive or long walk away. We live just a few blocks away and should be able to help out quickly when you need us. Bring a refrigerator magnet from your state, town, business or whatever and add it to our refrigerator !!!
