Walking through the field can be a serene and meditative experience as you stroll through the grass or a loud and jovial experience as you take the inner tubes down to the river for swimming and tubing. The immediate lawn surrounding the house is perfect for lawn games, sleeping in the hammock, chilling around the firepit, swinging on the rope swing, swinging on the swing, playing in the brook, and hosting a wedding or reunion. There is ample parking on the lawn for many cars.Across the street is a 250+ acre mountain with a one-mile loop trail for your use.
