Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, AC, large porch with porch swing perfect for viewing the quiet town of Tuolumne.The City Park/Memorial Hall is two blocks away hosting antique shows, holiday parades, and music in the park. Tuolumne City Museum, ballpark, pool, grocery store, coffee shop, the old high school - now Thrift Store, are all within walking distance. Our cottage is furnished with 1920's local items and pictures from the 8 bars, sawmill, 3 churches, and "The House of Ladies (brothel)" that once stood in our town. Black Oak Casino is 5 minutes away which features a 5-star restaurant, bowling alley, gaming room, and entertainment.
