The riverfront is lined with multi-million dollar houses, but the street and neighborhood are secluded from traffic and the bustle of nearby areas.Generally, a car is recommended to explore the area, however two beach bikes are provided as well as Kayaks for getting around in the water. Boat rentals are nearby as well. Parking is available for several cars in the driveway.Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in removal from the property and forfeiture of security deposit.Quiet hours (no loud music) start at 10 PM.Parking is limited to 4 vehicles.Kayaks, Paddleboards, Bikes, Hot Tub, and swimming area use is at the risk of guests and state/local laws must be observed.A 2.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.
