Wake up to the sound of the waterfall and the view of the Trinity River right outside your door. After a day of swimming, hiking, or exploring, soak in the hot tub under the stars. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and the large kitchen is perfect for several people cooking at once. The beautiful wraparound porch provides plenty of space for outside dining and taking in the natural beauty all around you. This large home has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, with a pool table and large couch upstairs in the game room. Super fast wifi makes this house a great place to WFH. The large front yard is great for lawn games or reading in the sun. Don’t forget to stroll through the orchard and sample whatever fruit is in season. This 5-acre property has ample space for the whole family - and some friends!The property has direct access to the Trinity River with a semi-private beach. Perfect either for bringing down beach chairs and a cooler, or rafts for a float down the river.
